2.4. Limitations of Service
Chamomile Assist Ltd cannot move heavy furniture and will not use cleaning chemicals that have been restricted or specified as unsuitable by the client.
3. Client Obligations
3.1. Provision of Information
Clients must provide accurate and complete information during consultations and throughout the service period (e.g., access details, special instructions, known hazards).
3.2. Access to Premises
Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the agreed times.
3.3. Safety
Clients must maintain a safe working environment for Chamomile Assist Ltd staff, including securing pets and removing trip hazards.
3.4. Equipment and Supplies
Where applicable, the agreement will clarify whether clients are expected to provide cleaning products, tools, or ingredients for food preparation.
3.5. Communication
Clients agree to promptly communicate any concerns or required changes to the service.
4. Booking, Consultations & Service Agreement
4.1. Consultation Process
Initial consultations are provided free of charge and conducted via phone or email, followed by a needs assessment.
4.2. Service Proposal
A detailed proposal outlining the agreed services, schedule, and pricing will be issued following the consultation.
4.3. Acceptance & Agreement
Services will commence once the client accepts and signs the formal service agreement, which will supersede any previous verbal arrangements.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. Service Fees
Fees are calculated either by hourly rate, fixed price per service, or per visit, as outlined in the service proposal.
5.2. Invoicing
Invoices will be issued upon completion of services or at agreed intervals for ongoing services.
5.3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
5.4. Late Payment
Late payments may incur interest charges, suspension of services, or recovery costs, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 for B2B clients.
5.5. Price Changes
Chamomile Assist Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice provided to clients.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Unused Service Hours
6.1. Client Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
6.2. Cancellation Fees
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled service, at Chamomile Assist Ltd’s discretion.
6.3. Chamomile Assist Ltd Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly
